For those who seek it out, we’re making access to locally produced raw dairy simpler and more convenient.
Is it Legal?
Absolutely. Texas permits the sale of raw milk directly to consumers through licensed Grade A Raw for Retail dairies, including delivery under specific state regulations.
Dairy Cartel works directly with Four E Dairy in Moulton, Texas, connecting customers with locally produced, farm-fresh dairy. Orders are arranged in advance, with delivery coordinated through the dairy.
Where does it come from?
Our first two suppliers both come from the same farm; Four E Dairy in Moulton, Texas and Lira Rossa Artisan Cheese.
How does delivery work?
Place your order online before the weekly cutoff, and we’ll bring your farm-fresh dairy directly to your doorstep. We coordinate orders with Four E Dairy and deliver on our scheduled Austin & Bastrop-area routes each Saturday.
